Chris Worthington - Office Manager

Chris Worthington was born in Los Angeles, California.Raised in the San Fernando Valley area of Southern California.  Her family moved to Simi Valley, California, where she graduated high school, then attended Santa Monica City College, majoring in Art History.

Deciding that Art History wouldn't pay a decent living, went to Dental School and become a Dental Assistant, working for a general dentist in Beverly Hills as his Office Manager for 12 years.

In 1978, after the birth of her daughter, she settled into domestic life for several years.  After a divorce, she decided to go to Beauty school, instead of going back to Dentistry. Living in the Hollywood area in L.A., doing "Nails" was a big business.  At the same time, she spent a year going to UCLA, enrolled in their 4-year Interior Design program, until her new husband was transferred to work in Austin for GSD&M Advertising firm to work as a writer.

She entered the Real Estate business in 1994, as Office Manager for a local Realtor in the Lake Travis area of Austin for the next 6 years.  Chris also has experience working for a Title Company.  But she found the "Ultimate dream job" as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for Lynn Taylor and Republic of Texas Realtors!
